There are bartenders, there are mixologists, and then there’s Jared Little. A hospitality professional and unapologetic “cocktail nerd,” Little turned a horse trailer into a thriving beverage-based business that now includes a fleet of mobile bars—among them a vintage Yellowstone camper and an eye-catching Italian Piaggio—and inventive offerings such as house-made craft sodas and cocktails on tap. The co-owner of Woodside Bistro also recently acquired a Rutherford Road venue—a beautifully restored historic space with exposed brick and soaring ceilings—that he envisions as “a gathering place for creatives beyond downtown” and a grassroots hub for the food and beverage community.

Through Southern Libations, Little and his team craft custom drink experiences for weddings, corporate events, and brand activations across the Upstate, along with beverage consulting for businesses ready to elevate their drink programs. Sustainability is part of the pour, too—from compostable straws to partnerships with eco-minded brands.
