On Oct. 28, Greenville Technical College’s Truist Culinary and Hospitality Innovation Center hosted an event for Greenville’s Chapter of the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs, the oldest and largest food and wine society in the world. President Keith Miller, a member of the group, showcased CHI facilities and the CHI/Culinary Institute of the Carolinas chefs with a five-course meal plus wine pairings and cooking demonstrations.
