Caroline Dillard and Benton Kribbs’ love story began sophomore year at Clemson University. After the two met through mutual friends, they began officially dating one year later. Seven years later, on a fairy tale trip to Hawaii, Benton popped the question, dropping one knee while on a chartered helicopter excursion to picturesque waterfalls.
From there, the planning began, and Caroline knew she wanted to get married in her home town of Greenville. Married by First Presbyterian Pastor Claire Ripley, the couple said their vows and celebrated the nuptials with a ceremony and reception at The L in the heart of downtown Greenville. Caroline was dressed in a strapless Justin Alexander gown purchased from The Poinsett Bride, complemented by rich fall-toned florals by Sweet June Floral.
Caroline, a graphic designer for Blue Nile Diamonds, and Benton, a computer engineer for Amazon, currently live in Seattle.
