Rick Erwin became a Greenville fixture the day he opened Rick Erwin’s West End Grille 20 years ago in the then-dicey West End. “I had a vision Greenville was going to be an incredible growth town,” says Erwin, whose eponymous dining group now operates six restaurants, with a new concept opening this fall.
The centerpiece “Crab Cakes for a Cause” has donated some $70,000 to local charities, while continuing the tradition, he says, “to provide that memorable dining experience.”
