Julie Valentine Center hosted a VIP party at The Lazy Goat to introduce Jessie Krebs, the keynote speaker at the 13th annual fundraising luncheon, held the following day. Krebs, who teaches survival skills, spoke about the healing power of the outdoors. Staff, supporters, and friends of the organization enjoyed cocktails and hors d’oeuvres, as well as comments from Krebs and Shauna Galloway-Williams, executive officer at Julie Valentine Center, a nonprofit offering free, confidential services to sexual assault and child abuse survivors and their families.
