South Carolina Children’s Theatre celebrated its 35th anniversary with a gala honoring Debbie Bell, who is retiring after leading the organization for 23 years, and introducing Katie O’Kelly as managing director. The event included food, drink, a seated program, and a dance party on the stage of the theater on Augusta Street.
