After meeting during their freshman year at Clemson University, Madeline and Ben moved in next to one another senior year and soon shifted from best friends to dating.
Six years later, under the ruse of going to brunch, Ben surprised Madeline with a scrapbook of their numerous adventures together, followed by a downtown proposal and a family-filled surprise party. The outdoor wedding was held at Riverain Farm in Travelers Rest and officiated by Madeline’s sister. Madeline wore an elegant dress from The Lovely Bride, with flowers from Laurel Creek Florals. Guests dined on cuisine from Reeves Catering and danced the night away to the music of Men of Distinction.
Madeline, a pharmacist, and Ben, a home builder, now reside in Greenville.
