If asked what they do, William and Matt Jackson will likely say “solve problems.” The Jackson family, now second-generation owners of Instel Power Products, brings decades of experience keeping electrical systems operational and improving efficiency.
With a vast parts inventory, Instel’s expert technicians often understand more about vintage equipment and components than the manufacturers. “We’ve seen it all, and we aim to set the industry standard for knowledge, reliability and customer-centric service,” William Jackson says.
Providing electrical testing and maintenance for industrial and commercial customers since 1967, Instel has an on-site services field trailer that serves as a workshop on wheels, and a team trained specifically for electrical repairs.
