As Founder and CEO Rebecca Kincaid prepares to break ground on a 5,500-square-foot headquarters this September, every detail reflects her client-first philosophy. Designed by INÉO Builders, a custom-home company, with interiors by id studio interiors, the space will offer a warm, welcoming atmosphere planned down to its signature scent.
Every choice is deliberate, as is Kincaid’s language: “We come alongside our clients,” she says.
A fountain will anchor the entrance, while a learning center will serve clients and community groups. Outdoor gathering spaces, including a back porch with a fireplace and coffee and lemonade bar, will host client events.
The firm will soon rebrand as Kincaid Wealth, but its approach won’t change. “We are a boutique agency and will remain that way,” Kincaid says. Sharing retirement guidance beyond “the Kincaid family,” Rebecca is featured on “Your Retirement, Your Rules with Rebecca Kincaid,” airing Sundays on ABC (WLOS) and Saturdays on NBC (WYFF).
