Barbara Stone Foundation—an organization dedicated to creating and supporting opportunities for individuals with disabilities—hosted its annual Bingo Bash fundraiser at Magnetic South Brewery in Judson Mill. All proceeds from the event support the Barbara Stone Foundation.
The foundation gave two awards at the event: The Community Innovations Grants were presented to PAALS, Wild Hearts Equine Therapy Center, Happy Hooves, Center for Developmental Services, Bridged, Friends of Cleveland Park on behalf of Brook’s Playground, and Carolina Dance Collaborative. The 3rd Annual Community Leadership Award was presented to Linda Hill, retired special education administrator at The Washington Center.
