Restaurateurs Thomas and Angie Wirthlin dreamed of creating a premier social club blending exceptional dining, recreation, wellness, and community. They found the ideal partners in Jon and Megan Wilburn, owners of the Grand Holland Estate, which has hosted hundreds of weddings and special events on 6.2 wooded acres in Simpsonville.
Building on the Wilburns’ vision and tradition of Southern elegance, The Grand Holland Social Club centers around a 10,000-square-foot mansion inspired by historic architecture. Members enjoy pickleball, golf simulators, yoga, Pilates, and Lagree, along with a full wellness center. Restaurant options include the flagship Seven Oaks, The Hearth Room, The Camellia Cottage, which is open to the public, and The Reserve Bourbon Bar featuring Grand Holland’s private-label Elijah Craig bourbon.
Designed for everyday enjoyment and life’s special occasions, the club blends timeless hospitality with modern amenities. Founding memberships are available, with special incentives for the first 300 members.
