In a year riddled by upheaval, art may seem irrelevant. But its powers to express, to engage, and to heal are more necessary now than ever. The Metropolitan Art Council’s Open Studios returns to greater Greenville this fall, with an extended schedule allowing flexibility for participating artists. The self-guided studio tour is based on each artist’s preference—virtual, by appointment, or drop-in hours—encouraging social distancing and a more intimate, in-depth encounter with the outstanding creatives in our community.
Open Studios will take place November 7–30. Artists will choose their own hours, be available for appointments, or participate virtually. Download the Open Studios app and explore participating artists at greenvillearts.com/greenville-open-studios.
