Count the ways BRMC can add beauty, adventure, and community to your life

With more than 6,000 acres and fifty miles of curated hiking trails, Blue Ridge Mountain Club (BRMC) is distinguished by its remarkable expanse. The community juxtaposes a laid-back lifestyle with world-class luxury, and while there is an exceptional hospitality team on-site, the greatest amenity is the unmatched beauty of the Blue Ridge Mountains.

Here are some more numbers that add to BRMC’s appeal:

Four Seasons

Just off the Blue Ridge Parkway, BRMC boasts resplendent views of warm fall colors against a striking blue backdrop. In the spring and summer, mountain wildflowers paint pictures you’ll want to see every year, and residents enjoy guided hikes and adventures within BRMC or on outbound excursions. Ski slopes amid the elevations that inspired the “High Country” moniker are the best place to be in winter. Appalachian Ski Mountain, Sugar Mountain Resort, and Beech Mountain Resort offer skiing, snowboarding, snow tubing, and a plethora of cold-weather fun—and the holidays are Hallmark movie perfect.

Three Paths to Ownership

There are multiple ways to become a homeowner, and Team BRMC is dedicated to finding the ideal path for your family. From move-in-ready homes to homes under construction or fully customized properties, and from maintenance levels and proximity to amenities, they make every step of the journey as simple as possible. Currently under construction and with properties for sale, The Meadows will feature a variety of floor plans team members call a progressive take on classic neighborhood homes, within easy walking distance to its own village center.

Two Homes

BRMC is acclaimed as the ultimate second-home community, but its homeowners consider it as much a home as their primary residence. The community has the feel of a remote resort and a national park, but it’s only two and a half hours from Greenville, SC, and two hours from Charlotte.

One Community

Residents range from young families to retirees, and there are attractions for everyone. Kids can participate in arts and crafts and many other staff-led programs or independently play in the natural setting BRMC has vowed to preserve.

Among the notable amenities are Ascent Wellness and Fitness Center and Lookout Grill, where panoramic views complement impeccable seasonal cuisine. Shorts and hiking boots are the standard dress, and UTVs are typical means of transportation. The atmosphere is casual, but the BRMC life is elegant.

Call (828) 520-2508 to schedule a “discovery tour.” The sky is truly the limit at BRMC.
