United Way of Greenville County celebrated a century of service at the 2023 Stronger United Awards Celebration, held at Greenville Convention Center. More than 700 people attended the event, which honored United Way’s history, donors, and volunteers. Honors included the Spirit Award for outstanding community leadership, which went to Soteria CDC’s Jerry Blassingame and former Gov. Richard W. Riley.
